How does InChambers keep my data private?
Your data goes directly to your AI provider — we never see your documents, prompts, or credentials. Your AI account details are securely encrypted and stored on your device.
Does my document content go to your servers?
No. With annual plans, your browser connects directly to AI providers — we never see your data. All document processing happens in your browser. We never see or store your document content.
How does inchambers.ai keep my data private?
Our privacy relay sends your requests directly to AI providers without storing, logging, or inspecting your data. Because we never retain your content, your legal documents remain private even when using built-in AI models.
Is inchambers.ai compliant with data protection regulations?
Our privacy-first architecture means we never store or process your document content on our servers, which simplifies compliance. For enterprise deployments, you can connect your own Microsoft Azure AI or Google Cloud AI instance for full organizational control. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
Where are my templates stored?
Templates are stored locally on your device and optionally backed up to a dedicated app folder in your Google Drive or OneDrive. We use scoped access so the app can only see files it created, never your personal documents. Backups are securely encrypted before upload, and the encryption key stays on your device.
What plans are available?
We offer a 7-day Free Trial (no credit card, 8 standard AI models), Annual plans (Starter $300/year, Professional $500/seat/year, Enterprise custom), and All-Inclusive plans (IC Starter $100/month, IC Professional $400/seat/month, IC Enterprise $700/seat/month). All paid plans include 11 advanced AI models. See Pricing for details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings panel in the add-in, or by emailing support@inchambers.ai. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The Starter plan is $300/year and includes unlimited requests with your own AI account. AI Credits plans have a fixed monthly price with included credit allowances. If you use an Annual plan, you pay AI providers directly at their standard rates with no markup from us.
What happens when my All-Inclusive credits run out?
All-Inclusive plan users who exhaust their monthly allowance still have unlimited access to fallback models at no extra cost. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans have unlimited usage with no credit limits.
Is there a lifetime deal?
Yes. We offer a one-time Lifetime Deal at $500 that gives you permanent access to all Starter plan features. No recurring payments, no subscription. Visit Lifetime Deal for details.
How do I contact support?

Can multiple people use one account?
Starter plans (IC Starter and Starter plan) are single-user licenses. For teams, Professional plans support multiple seats (up to 10 per subscription). Enterprise plans offer unlimited seats with centralized management. Contact us for team pricing.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your billing information, payment method, and subscription details from the Settings panel in the add-in. You can also manage your subscription by contacting support@inchambers.ai.
